This feature greatly reduces energy consumption and extends battery life. A Flip to Power off feature is activated by flipping the device upward or sideways, offering a convenient way to control the RNV-31 and prevent unnecessary running. Powered by one AA battery, the life on this RIX RNV-31 Binocular is at least 20 hours, and that life can be extended at least 50 hours with an included battery pack that holds two 18650 batteries.
